I'm sure everyone's has done at least one Mario vs. Sonic pic or at least thought of it. Although I didn't make everyone fight because I didn't feel like it, that would've been too cliche, thank you very much. I'm AWARE the pic angle is not even. It's even in my sketchbook, but through scanning and stuff I did to make it visible, it isn't. I didn't wanted to cut out my red stamp, it is my signature.
With that said, reasons why I chose who against who or with who or whatever:

Mario and Sonic:
Duh.

Luigi and Knuckles:
Lots of people probably would have paired Luigi with Tails. After all, both are partners to the main character and while Mario and Luigi ARE brothers, Sonic and Tails are LIKE brothers. Not to mention both are pretty underrated as far as I'm concerned. But the reason I put Knuckles and Luigi together is...well, I needed someone for Toad. Knuckles and Toad together don't exactly fit well. Maybe it's the way I see Luigi, but I see more Knux and Luigi then Tails.

Peach and Amy:
Again, Duh.

Toad and Tails:
I put Toad with Tails because I can't see Toad with Knuckles. Not at all. Plus, both are rather adorable together, are they not?

Big and Yoshi:
Mostly put together since I couldn't fit them with anyone else, but hey, the two can have eating contests...unless mario eats all the food first.

Daisy and Cream:
*shurgs* Maybe it's a flower thing, Daisy being her name of a flower, Cream seems to like flowers. While Daisy is the second leading female in the Mario series, Cream...well, it's kinda debatable what with Rouge in there, but she pops in and out, but she aboslutely did not go well with Daisy for reasons stated below, so we gots these two. When I put them together, it makes...sense.


Wario and Rouge:
Hey, both are obsessed with vast amounts of riches. I can see the two going at it for a gem or two.

Waluigi and Shadow:
I see Waluigi as a more sneaky, mysterious man then greedy Wario. Shadow, too is filled with mysterious and can be sneaky in his own way. Sneaky not like Rouge, his OWN way. And as much as I dislike Shadow, the two seemingly go together for me.

Eggman and Bowser:
Duh DUH DUUUUUUUUUUHHHHHHH.
